ITIL Certification Courses are available for both v2 and v3. Some v3 certification exams and courses are still in development. ITIL v3 was released in July 2007. v2 courses and certifications will continue to be offered in parallel with v3 until phased out by the accrediting bodies overseeing ITIL certification (ISEB, EXIN, APMG).
Delivery Methods
- Traditional Instructor Led (ILT) - attend classes in person with live instructor
- Webinar - attend class electronically with live instructor and fellow students
- Web Based Training (WBT) - 24/7 login accessibility for 90 days. Format includes live instructor's video and/or voice delivery of the material.
- NEW Mentored Learning (MLT) - same as Web Based Training with the added benefit of a live instructor accessible "on demand" via e-mail to answer your questions during the 90 day period.
